“It’s been a long road, gettin’ from there to here. It’s been a long time, but my time is finally here. And I can feel a change in the wind right now. Nothing’s in my way. And they’re not gonna hold me down no more. No they’re not gonna hold me down.”
You might recognize these song lyrics from “Faith of the Heart” by Rod Stewart. Or maybe you know them from a certain sci-fi show #winkwink. Either way, when I think about the end of April, those are the words that pop into my mind.
You see, it has been a long road and it has been a long time since I taught a class LIVE. You know… that thing where people are there? In person?? The last time I taught something LIVE was with my dear friend Dougall Fraser in February of 2020. Now – over two years later – it seems not just fitting, but cosmically perfect that my first class to teach LIVE after that long period of time will also be with Dougall.
We didn’t plan that. We didn’t think to ourselves “Well, we had to leave the stage together so let’s go back to the stage together.” It was Source’s idea if it was anyone’s. But I have to say that I love it. I love the neat perfection and the deep symbolism.
I will be honest with you, I have come to love teaching by video. I haven’t minded (too much) not dragging my indestructible (but still beaten up) luggage around the world and back. But I have desperately, desperately missed teaching people in person. I have missed being present when the light of the angels wakes up in their eyes. I have longed for the day when I could be there again and create a safe and loving space for them to learn, and laugh, and cry, and grow.
I have missed creating a spiritual family for people through my classes.
But our time has finally come. I’m so happy I could cry happy tears right now.
In case you haven’t heard, Dougall and I will be at the Westin LAX in Los Angeles the last weekend of April. And there is still time for you to join us! You can come be a part of the joy that is finding a spiritual space where you can be fully, 100% your spiritual self. You can find all the scoop about the reemergence of Dougall’s and my journey of teaching LIVE Here!
There’s a change in the wind, my friend. Nothing’s in our way.
With faith of the heart,
~Radleigh
The Sprinter’s Spiritual Lesson
Looking back, I cannot recall a time where my life has been so much about learning about myself. Why don’t we do this when we’re young? It would save us so much time and trouble! We could make such better choices if we were just taught to “know thyself.” One of the...
Holding Hope Without Holding on Too Tight
I have a question for you. How does one balance holding hope in your heart without also creating a powerful attachment to the outcome? Seriously, I’m asking. To me, this is a spiritual highwire act. Hope and optimism are powerful manifestors. They bring our heart’s...
The Stuff That’s Hidden
I recently got back from a visit to the city I was born and raised in. My sister and her family still reside in Knoxville, Tennessee and I hadn’t been back there in years. But one of my nieces and my nephew have been “fruitful and multiplied” so I had three babies to...
The Unsuspecting Expert
I’ve been doing a lot of “nest feathering” in my little French cottage here in Colorado. That’s been a whole other kind of fascinating for me as I have been drawn to colors and textures and artsy things that frankly astonish me. My inner “introspection addict” is...
Life is Sooo Good
I talk to myself. I do it all the time. I’ve been working from home since 2001, so I had chalked it up to spending a lot of time in quiet spaces. But, I’m also starting to wonder if it’s more than that. That maybe… just maybe… sometimes me talking to myself is...
Hope the wind has changed now
Hi Radleigh, wish I could be in Los Angeles to see you and Dougall for the “Angels and Auras” workshop. But I don’t arrive to LA till the 9th of May.
Also, I bought your Angel Tarot deck last week through HayHouse, and I’m so looking forward to getting them.
Sending lots of Blessings and love to you.
always, Maria
We will consider you there with us in spirit. 🙂
I have always loved that song and yes of course I love the show. I wasn’t sure I would at first, but I quickly gave in… lol. I am so glad that you are going to be able to start doing shows again, but I love the videos as well. I can’t get out much and the videos have given me a way to connect. I hope you keep doing them as well.
Don’t worry Donna. We are by no means stopping video. It will remain the majority of the work for the foreseeable future. <3
