A few weeks ago, I tuned into my dear friend Kyle Gray’s LIVE InstaStory on Instagram. He was trying a new way of interacting with viewers and I wanted to see how that went. A young woman asked Kyle about a health problem she was having and how to overcome it. Kyle’s immediate response was that she should tell the Universe that she wished to be freed of this challenge by saying:

“Universe, I was not born to suffer in this way. Please heal and end this experience for me immediately.”

I was moved by the power of this Divine proclamation and so I did a quick google to see if Kyle had more to say on this topic.

Guess what? He did. LOL!

In Kyle’s book, “Angel Prayers: Harnessing the Help of Heaven to Create Miracles”  Kyle had this beautiful prayer to offer for those who were suffering in one way or another:

“Dear angels, thank you bearing witness to my prayers and intentions. I know and accept that I was not born to suffer or be alone, and so release all the energies, thoughts, and patterns that have fostered these feelings and experiences of loneliness.  Today I begin anew and willingly open up my heart, energy, and space to friendships, relationships, support, and experiences that fill my life with joy, wonder, growth, and excitement.  Thank you angels, for guiding me to make choices that will support this new intention.  And so it is.”

Naturally, you can adapt Kyle’s prayer for any challenge you are experiencing whether it be physical, emotional, or mental.

While I have never expressed this type of idea in the words Kyle used, I have long embraced that the Universe is always leading you towards joy. When we are unhappy, it is most often because we are off course. Kyle’s prayer asks that your angels guide you to choices that support your desire to be happy and healthy. He and I are in complete agreement that the Divine loves and adores you regardless of our individual ways of saying that.

I love what Kyle had to say.  I love the empowerment that it affirms.

You were not born to suffer. Ask the angels and the Divine to bring peace to your challenges right here, right now, and in this moment.

You deserve no less.
