This is a crazy busy week for me, so this week’s blog I’m going straight to the point.
A few weeks back I mentioned that I had come across a quote by the illustrious Abraham-Hicks that really moved me. In case you missed it, that quote was:
“Make up your mind that nothing is more important than how I feel now, because now is everything. Now is the whole enchilada. Now is the power of me.
Now, now, now, now, now… You might as well start somewhere and it might as well be now. Why not start improving your life now, now, now?”
This quote resonated with me deeply and for over a month I have had that quote taped to the base of my computer. Over the last couple of weeks. I’ve been chatting you up (in blog form) about what my word for 2022 should be. All the while the word was literally under my nose.
So it’s official now. My word for 2022 is “Now.” I’ve made signs for my office that say “There is only ever NOW” and “Slow Down, Enjoy Now” as well as “Just Be.” I think even seeing “Enchiladas” on a menu will just make me mumble “now, now, now, now” to myself.
I’m printing out labels that say “Now” for my car, my laptop, and in the medicine cabinet. I’m gonna own this word no matter what!

Now is my mantra. I am a triple Aries with a Leo rising, so NOW is always breathing time. Yes, I can do focus…but only because I’ve been meditating for 6 years, everyday. Saves me everyday.
